Sometimes we are like children waiting on the promises from our parents. It's all good until we have to wait. When the waiting begins our patience generally ends and we begin to get restless, lose hope and forget that God is faithful. But then God sends a word that helps us "Keep Hope Alive!" I thought we would be out of Corona by now but here we are waiting and having to keep our hope alive.
But in these moments, God is at His best. This is the moment we learn to wait on, trust in and rely on a faithful God.
Isaiah 40:31 gives us 4 truths we can Hope in:
...but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, give you strength you did not know you had They will soar on wings like eagles; help you stand above your situation and see things from His vantage point they will run and not grow weary, run and not lose steam (endure) they will walk and not be faint. God will allow you to walk in peace, walk in grace and walk in Him
